*If another payment system/bank is involved in the payment operation, Terbank is not responsible for any additional fees charged by them (if any), which must be paid by the transferee. The client.
The transfer limit is 1500 GEL (or equivalent in foreign currency). Transfers above this limit are permitted only if the purpose of the operation is: payment of utility bills, medical service fees or tuition fees, or the recipient of the transaction amount is the state treasury or another state body.
**In the case of a fast transfer, if the transfer is made before 17:35 on a business day, the recipient will receive the amount on the same day. The operation will be completed within 15 minutes.

From Terabank to another bank - money is not transferred via mobile number if the recipient is the transferor himself;

Important information:
For the execution of a foreign currency payment order, it is necessary to present a document confirming the basis for the payment (contract, invoice, etc.) if the amount to be transferred exceeds the equivalent of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) GEL at the exchange rate of the National Bank In foreign currency.
Depending on international and local legislative requirements, as well as the bank's internal policy, if necessary, the bank may, regardless of the amount, request a document confirming the basis for the payment (contract, invoice, etc.) and other information/documentation necessary for examining the transaction.

*The fee applies when issuing statements from the bank branch. Fees are not applicable for deposit and credit account statements (including overdraft and credit card statements).
**The fee does not apply to deposit and loan agreements (including those signed remotely) that are valid or have not been terminated for more than 2 years. The document issuance period is a minimum of 3 working days, which may be extended depending on the volume of requested documents.
***The client has the right to receive information about the debt (including overdraft and the utilized credit card limit) free of charge, unless the client requests the information in the form of a statement on the bank's letterhead.
****No fee is applied for the bank's refusal to grant credit if the refusal is solely based on the data in the credit information bureau's database.
