- If the violation occurs within one calendar month from the deposit's opening date, a fine of 0.25% will be charged on the deposit amount. If the violation occurs after one calendar month, the deposit will be charged the interest rate applicable to the savings deposit at the bank at the time of the violation, based on the actual term placed.
- If the deposit is breached, any previously paid benefits (if they were accrued monthly or in advance) will be deducted from the principal amount of the deposit.

Is it possible to withdraw interest benefits without breaching the deposit?
Yes, it is possible to allow a deposit-secured-overdraft with standard conditions. Also, you can use the cash-cover loan.
What happens in case of the deposit breach?
If the breach happens within the first month after opening the deposit, the penalty in the amount of 0.25%, will be applied. In other cases, the savings deposit interest rate, applicable at the bank, during the time of the breach will be applied.
What happens, if the interest is withdrawn before the breach?
Already withdrawn interest (if the interest accrual period happened monthly) will be deducted from the principal amount of the deposit. .
