The CVV code is an additional level of security. The code is located on the back of the card and consists of three digits.
Unauthorized overspending occurs when a client exceeds the bank's account limit, resulting in a negative balance. In such cases, the client is required to promptly replenish the account to restore a zero balance.
- A plastic card issued after 16:00 can be used in public transport after 16:00 the next day.
- It is worth noting that the information is not updated on weekends. If the card was issued after 16:00 on Friday, the user will be able to use the card in transport on Monday, after the information is updated.
- If the unauthorized balance on the user's account before the information is updated (before 16:00), regardless of the amount deposited into the account, payments in transport with the card will be limited until the information is updated, until 16:00 the next business day.
