 *Cash withdrawal from the ATM abroad is free of charge within one calendar month from the transaction performance, within the following limits– USD 1 000 / EURO 1 000 / GBP 1 000. 
**When withdrawing money abroad, the client may be charged a fee set by the ATM servicing bank, for which Terabank is not responsible. During withdrawal, a message about the fee is displayed on the ATM screen asking if the user wants to perform the operation. If the client continues the withdrawal process, this automatically means their consent to pay the bank commission servicing the ATM.
 
***In the case of reimbursement by card safety service, the customer will not be charged the cost of the appeal fee. This cost will be reimbursed by

How long does it take to make a card?

After ordering the card, it can be picked up in 2-3 working days, and in the case of an urgent card order (Tbilisi-wide), in 1 day.
 

Is card home delivery service available?

 If you are our customer, you can provide the desired address through the customer service center or by visiting the branch and utilize the courier service.

How do I change/restore the PIN code of the card?

The PIN code of the card can be changed/restored at Terabank and Liberty Bank ATMs through mobile banking or by visiting a branch.

If the card is lost, how can I block/unblock it?

You can block/unblock the card from mobile/internet bank or contact us at the customer service center number: 032 255 00 00.
 

Can I add bank cards to Apple Pay or Google Pay?

Yes, it is possible.

What is the CVV code?

The CVV code is an additional level of security. The code is located on the back of the card and consists of three digits.
 

What is the definition of unauthorized spending?

Unauthorized overspending occurs when a client exceeds the bank's account limit, resulting in a negative balance. In such cases, the client is required to promptly replenish the account to restore a zero balance.
