If you withdraw money from the universal deposit more than once a month, interest will be charged at the rate of the savings deposit. The interest benefit of the universal deposit will be restored the following month.

Yes, withdrawals from the Universal deposit are permitted.
If you withdraw the amount once a month, the benefit will remain unchanged. If you withdraw money from the deposit more than once a month, the interest benefit will be equal to that of the savings deposit. The interest benefits of the universal account will be restored the following month.
Interest accrues daily on the deposited balance. Benefits are disbursed monthly on the first day of each subsequent month.
Failure to maintain the minimum monthly deposit results in the Universal deposit earning interest equivalent to a regular savings account for that month. Resumption of increased deposit benefits occurs upon reinstatement of the minimum monthly deposit.
