Terabank is offering an investment mortgage loan to customers who rent out real estate and who additionally want to purchase or renovate a commercial space or a residential apartment for further rental activities.
Both in the case of purchase and renovation, Terabank will consider the future rental income together with the customer’s current income while reviewing the loan application.
Both existing and new Terabank customers can use the new product. Investment mortgage loans are disbursed in GEL, USD and EUR. One of the terms for loan approval is experience in renting out real estate and having rental income.
