On December 6–7, Terabank held an internal hackathon with the participation of eight teams. Over the course of two days, participants worked on real banking challenges, created prototypes, and developed innovative solutions aimed at improving the bank’s efficiency and customer experience.
The main goal of the hackathon was to optimize Terabank’s internal processes, generate innovative ideas, and strengthen teamwork and creative thinking among employees. After 36 hours of intensive work, the teams presented their ideas and prototypes to the jury.
At the end of the hackathon, the winning team was announced. Their idea was evaluated as a strategically important solution for Terabank. The winning team presented the concept for an internal AI RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) model.

The implementation of the RAG model will significantly enhance Terabank’s internal communication, knowledge management system, and operational efficiency. The ideas developed through the hackathon format will continue to support the practical adoption of innovation across the bank in the future.
