In case of reimbursement within the Card Security Service, the client will not be charged an appeal fee. The expense will be reimbursed by the bank.
When withdrawing money abroad, the client may be charged a fee set by the ATM servicing bank, for which Terabank is not responsible. During withdrawal, a message about the fee is displayed on the ATM screen asking if the user wants to perform the operation. If the client continues the withdrawal process, this automatically means their consent to pay the bank commission servicing the ATM.
