  * Liberty Bank ** In the event of reimbursement through insurance, clients will not incur appeal fees. The bank will cover this expense. *** When withdrawing money abroad, clients may encounter fees set by the ATM servicing bank, for which Terabank bears no responsibility. During the withdrawal process, a message regarding the commission appears on the ATM screen, prompting the customer to confirm their consent to proceed with the transaction, thereby agreeing to pay the ATM servicing bank's commission. By proceeding with the withdrawal process, the client automatically consents to pay the commission charged by the ATM servicing bank.

You can withdraw money from Terabank ATMs in US dollars.

The PIN code of the card can be changed/restored at Terabank and Liberty Bank ATMs, through mobile banking or by visiting any of our branch.

The CVV code is an additional level of security. The code is located on the back of the card and consists of three digits.

You can order a plastic card through the mobile bank, internet banking, customer service center, or any of our branches.

After ordering the card, it can be picked up in 2-3 working days, and in the case of an urgent card order (Tbilisi-wide), in 1 day.
 

If you are our customer, you can indicate the desired address through the customer service center, or by visiting the branch and using the courier service.

Unauthorized overspending occurs when a client exceeds the bank's account limit, resulting in a negative balance. In such cases, the client is required to promptly replenish the account to restore a zero balance.
