Terabank, with the support of its main shareholder, has acquired a new head office building. This decision will strengthen the bank’s operational capabilities and support the next stage of its development strategy.
According to Mr. Sam Edwards, representative of Terabank’s main shareholder, His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan Mubarak Al Nahyan, this step highlights the shareholder’s long-term interest in the bank’s development and in the economic processes taking place in Georgia.
“The capital increase is part of our strategy, aimed at strengthening Terabank sustainably and further consolidating its position in the financial sector. We support initiatives that create a solid foundation for the bank’s development.”
Mr. Edwards also notes that Terabank’s continued strengthening contributes to the expansion of economic cooperation between the United Arab Emirates and Georgia.
According to Ms. Thea Lortkipanidze, CEO of Terabank, the acquisition of the new head office building is another important step toward the bank’s growth and development.
“As the bank grows, it is essential to have the appropriate infrastructure to ensure efficient work processes, better coordination between teams, and a modern working environment. The new head office will create additional opportunities for both employees and our customers.”
Terabank’s new head office is located on Kazbegi Avenue. The bank is scheduled to move into the new building in approximately one year.
