1. At Terabank JSC, we deeply understand the significance of our customers' privacy. That's why we are committed to being transparent about how we collect, transfer, and utilize your information. Your trust is paramount to us, and we want to ensure that you have a clear understanding of the reasons behind the collection and usage of your data.
2. Our Privacy Policy encompasses the Terabank JSC Mobile Banking Application and all associated services ("Services"), whether you access them through a computer, mobile phone, tablet, or any other device.
3. In addition to our Privacy Promise, your privacy is safeguarded by the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Personal Data. According to this law, you have the right to request information from us regarding the use of your personal data.
4. The Bank is obligated to provide this information upon your request. We are authorized to utilize your personal data only when there are specific contractual and/or relevant legal grounds for doing so.

The personal information that we take from you are used for the purposes of managing our relationship with you, develop and carry our marketing activities to manage the risks of ours and those of our clients, to execute contractual rights and obligations, To fulfill relevant laws and regulations, To respond to claims and find the ways of resolution.
The above mentioned list is not Exhaustive and can be expanded in order to protect the interests of our clients or/and the legitimate interests of Terabank JSC.

7. Sources from which we obtain personal information:

7.10 We collect data from outside organizations such as public registers, payment or transaction processors, credit agencies, other financial institutions or public authorities.

We have the authority to request and obtain information from third parties, such as Credit Info Bureau, including both positive and negative information stored in their electronic databases, as well as from LEPL State Service Development Agency. This process is conducted in accordance with the Privacy Law of Georgia and requires your prior approval, if necessary.
9. To register you or your device for Mobile Banking Application services, we collect Device information—such as operating system version, hardware model, IMEI number and other unique device identifiers. In addition, In order to use Mobile Banking Application properly and improve our service, we may need other additional personal data (not mandatory) to access on following information: messages, current location, phone contacts, camera, storage, microphone etc., Which is subject to additional consent from the customer. This subsequent consent will be obtained through the same application / logs.
10. The processing of data relating to a minor shall be permitted on the basis of his/her consent if he/she has attained the age of 16, and the processing of data relating to a minor under the age of 16 shall be permitted with the consent of his/her parent or other legal representative, except in cases expressly provided for by law, including where the consent of a minor between the ages of 16 and 18 and his/her parent or other legal representative is required for the processing of data.
11. We also receive and store any information you knowingly provide to us when you create an account, or fill any forms in the mobile application. When required, this information may include the following:
11.1 Account details (such as user name, unique user ID, password, etc)
11.2 Contact information (such as email address, phone number, etc)
11.3 Basic personal information
11.4 Certain features on the mobile device (such as contacts, calendar gallery , etc)
• You can choose not to provide us with your personal information , but then you may not be able to take advantage of some of the features in the Mobile application.
12. The Bank is not responsible for any delays caused by sharing limited information with the Bank.
13. We may share your information with :
13.1 Service providers – Companies that provide services for or on behalf of Terabank JSC
13.2 Law enforcement – When we are required to do so or to protect Terabank JSC and its users.

14. We will retain and use your personal information for the period necessary to comply with our legal obligations, as long as your user account remain active, to enforce our policy, resolve disputes, and unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

We secure information you provide on computes servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use, modification, and disclosure of personal information in our control and custody. Therefore, while we strive to protect your personal information, you acknowledge that (i) there are security and privacy limitations of the internet which are beyond our control; (ii) the security, integrity , and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and the mobile application and services cannot be guaranteed; and (iii) any such information and data may be viewed or tampered with in transit by a third party, despite best efforts.
16. As the security of Personal Information depends in part on the security of the device you use to communicate with us and the security you use to protect your credentials, please take appropriate measures to protect this information.
17. In the event we become aware that the security of the Mobile Application and Services has
been compromised or Users’ Personal Information has been disclosed to unrelated third
parties as a result of external activity, including, but not limited to, security attacks or fraud, we will take every needed measure stated by the law.
18. We reserve the right to modify this Policy or its terms related to the Mobile Application and
Services at any time at our discretion. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the
bottom of this page, send you an email to notify you. We may also provide notice to you in
other ways at our discretion, such as through the contact information you have provided. An updated version of this Policy will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised
Policy unless otherwise specified. Your continued use of the Mobile Application and Services
after the effective date of the revised Policy (or such other act specified at that time) will
constitute your consent to those changes. However, we will not, without your consent, use your
Personal Information in a manner materially different than what was stated at the time your
Personal Information was collected.
19. We strictly recommend :
19.1 never share your Username and password to someone else.
19.2 Remove mobile banking application before you disclose your mobile number.
19.3 If any suspect of unauthorized use of your account, inform us immediately.
