Terabank's SME Support Initiative - 📍 Nikortsminda, Racha
Although the cottage has been operating for just one year, it has already become a popular destination in the region, welcoming numerous guests throughout every season of the year. The cottage accommodates up to four guests, offering a cozy and comfortable setting for a relaxing stay.
Racha is renowned not only for its breathtaking natural beauty but also for its rich cultural and historical heritage. Nestled near Nikortsminda Cathedral and Shaori Lake, Manuscript Cottage is part of this unique setting. Its location makes it an attractive destination for both international travelers and local holidaymakers.
According to the cottage owner, Tamar Gabadadze, the construction of the cottage came with a number of challenges, one of the most significant being securing financial support. She notes that Terabank offered the most favorable financing terms, which led to the signing of a loan agreement. The project was also supported by the Produce in Georgia Agency, which co-financed the loan under its agritourism program.
We continue to send branded gifts to our business clients and initiate additional promotional activities to support the growth of their businesses.
