Terabank's CSR campaign in support of small and medium-sized businesses.

For Terabank, one of the most relevant and important areas of corporate social responsibility is the support of small and medium-sized businesses. Over the years, we have implemented numerous impactful campaigns and initiatives in this direction. Among them is the "Tera Online Catalogue for 100 Georgian Businesses".

Another notable initiative was a campaign in which Terabank rewarded 50 business clients with tailored service packages. These packages included services such as logo and corporate identity design, social media setup, website development, and more.

We also launched saasargeblo.ge, an online guide that connects small and medium-sized enterprises with SaaS (Software as a Service) providers. Through this platform, SMEs are given the opportunity to adopt digital solutions and streamline their business operations with the support of software service providers.

One of our standout projects was "Karavani", held in 2022 with Terabank as the general sponsor. During this entrepreneurial market, Terabank allocated several booths specifically for SME clients, enabling them to showcase and sell their products free of charge.

In 2022, as a signatory of the UN Women’s Empowerment Principles and a consistent supporter of women entrepreneurs, Terabank partnered with UN Women Georgia to fund the creation of a culinary guide. This publication highlights the stories, businesses, and culinary traditions of 10 women engaged in agritourism across various regions of Georgia.

We also regularly organize informational sessions for our business clients across the country. These are just a few examples of our initiatives aimed at supporting SMEs.

This year, we have decided to launch a new CSR campaign to once again support our business clients operating in the regions. The aim of the campaign is to empower these businesses and support the growth of their operations.

As part of the campaign, we are sending specially designed, branded gift packages to these business clients. These gifts are tailored to help them provide an enhanced experience for their customers, offer improved service, and elevate the visual identity of their business spaces.

Among the business clients involved in the campaign is the restaurant “Samani,” located in Kazbegi, specifically in Stepantsminda. As part of a teambuilding event, the film crew of “Katsebi” (a popular Georgian production) visited the restaurant. They documented their journey to Kazbegi in a vlog, which was later shared on YouTube.

Samani offers an authentic atmosphere, exemplary hospitality, a diverse menu, and breathtaking views of Kazbegi — all combining to create an unforgettable experience.

Another of Terabank’s business clients is “Sadguri,” located in the village of Asureti — formerly known as “Elizabethtal.” Here, German culture and history remain very much alive, and the space itself stands out with its German-inspired aesthetics and authentic atmosphere.

On September 27–28, Sadguri hosted “Oqrosferfest” — a festival inspired by the traditional German Oktoberfest, offering visitors a truly unique experience. The event attracted several content creators, who shared photo and video materials across their digital platforms.

It is worth noting that we continue to send branded gifts to our business clients and carry out additional activities to promote their businesses. We believe this project will help our clients increase their visibility and enhance the services they offer to their customers, while also further strengthening our partnership with them.
